Guyana is a South American Country.
It is not a Caribbean Country, they use that
title when it's convenient, to beg or sponge off the caribbean to get want they want.

That "Brother's keeper"  cliche becomes abusive and it's taking other Caribbean countries for granted when one Country like Barbadoes
is unofficially designated as the caretaker for illegal guyanese immigrants to suck off of and drain another nations resources any old time they to do it!
 
It's caused by the failure and laziness of the government like guyana to develop job opportunities, & use their  own resources to improve living conditions for their own people, instead of imposing  stricter immigration laws on their end to stop the flooding a tiny caribbean island with their south american illegal aliens,
they keep sending more. There's enough legal
guyanese immigrants in barbadoes.
That Brother's Keeper stuff should be balanced but it isn't, guyana is taking that hospitality of the whole caribbean for granted.
Guyana nationals are destructive to enter the USA with the  intentions to bomb and blow up American Buildings!
They are ingrates flooding the caribbean and the USA, Send them back to Guyana!
just like the Guyanese send their south american neighbors the Brazilian illegal aliens right back to brazil!
